What is Flex Space?
Flex Space is a flexible office solution that offers virtual office space in the form of Flex mail that you can use for your Google presence -as your mailing address, or you can sign up for Flex Workspace where you can come in person and work.
Is there a minimum payment term?
Yes, we provide affordable memberships that have a contract of 12 months minimum. After the 12 months, you can pay as you go or secure the same price for another 12 months.
How is FlexMail different from buying P.O. Box?
You have a physical address where we can accept packages on your behalf. This means your address is google friendly. Clients can search for you online and won’t receive Canada post location as their map view. Every client also receives a unique unit number that allows you to remain unique compared to other shared office solutions. Our mail service also offers notification upon “received mail” on your behalf.
Do I get my own private office space?
We are offering a flexible workspace for prices as low as $124.99/month. These don’t include private offices at this moment. For private office space, inquire with us.
What is included with my membership?
We offer two memberships, the Flex Mail membership provides you with a corporate address with mail/delivery services. Flex Workspace gives you 24 hour access to physical space where you can work alongside other memberships, enjoy coffee, 5G WIFI access, mailing services with access to private board rooms.
