Our experience has been horrible. They have not paid any of our invoices. They continued to take our service, but never intended to pay. Shadi has not been taking any of my calls, and Lena has been extremely rude and abusive on calls.

I used this workspace for a meeting last week, and it was fantastic. The place is clean, comfortable, and has fast internet. The staff were really friendly and helpful, which made everything easy. Definitely a great spot to get work done. I’ll be coming back for sure.

Came here for the first time for a workshop they were hosting. The owner is lovely and the space is well-managed and fitted with the appropriate tools for productivity and creativity. Will be coming back to book a workspace!

I had the pleasure of renting the venue for my event, and I can’t say enough about how wonderful Shadi and Lena were in facilitating everything. Their support made the entire process seamless, and I adored the venue! It truly exceeded my expectations.

Just finished my BLS/CPR & SFA with Heaven Can Wait. Darlene is a nice facilitator, she was direct to the point and explanation are clear. It helped that we had the access to the online course first and then put into action what we just learn online. The location is nice and clean.

They silently doubled the subscription price and started charging my card twice for the same month. No communications from them at all, not even email communication. This is fraud and they should have a massive lawsuit on their hand.

Been a customer since over two years running a small construction business. I have walk-in clients sometimes that need attention. Shadi takes care of my customer like his own and is very knowledgeable on business side. Super honoured to be a part of their team.

Amazing offices for any purpose!!
I came at night and worked until morning. had everything I needed! Fast internet, Stand with all the tools & connections, full equipment. The team even got me a personal heater to warm my room prior my arrival. Thank you so much!!

Flex Space is a member of the Richmond Hill Board of Trade.. they have been kind enough to host few of the Board’s events and that is how we found out about them..
Our team at Achievan rented a boardroom and the service we received was outstanding. From the time we arrived we felt welcomed and taken care of.. The team at Flex Space has all the high tech gear including a 360-camera called the “OWL”, large screen TVs, espresso machine and blazing Wi-Fi.. we are definitely coming back.. and highly recommend this space to businesses of all sizes!!
